This cel's kind of a mystery. It has no reg holes, but doesn't appear to be cut. Yet it has the fading a cel of its age (as it appears to be from one of the Miyazaki directed episodes of the 2nd TV series from the late 70's) should have.
I'll confess, I bought it because of the octopus.
