The only cel I'll ever need of Ryounosuke's mother. In this scene she's crying because she's watching the video tape made by her ex-husband when he took off with their son because, well... Atsuko is nuts. In this shot she's crying... "Ryooooounsuke-chaaaaaaan!"
I remember watching this series with a friend of mine whose mom was Japanese, and having him remark that Atsuko's dramatics were quite typical of your normal Japanese mother.
Purchased at Otakon 2002. My traditional yearly purchase from Anime Asylyum. ;)
