Pycal is my favorite Lupin villain. I wish I had a good reason as to why, but the fact is that he can shoot fire from his fingers and fly. That's pretty darn cool. Seeing as chances are slim I'll ever get a cel of him from the first Lupin TV series, I was thrilled to see some douga come up from the totally computer done Return of Pycal OVA from 2001.
